Facebook Page auto-posting and scheduling

RepostHub connects to your Facebook Pages and publishes scheduled posts automatically. Import content into a central library, apply caption prefixes and suffixes, and publish to several Pages at once from a single queue — with support for Facebook’s own native post scheduler.

What RepostHub can do with Facebook

  • Video posts and Reels — supported. Vertical videos published to a Page appear as Reels
  • Native Facebook scheduling — supported. Queued posts can be handed to Facebook’s own scheduler, so they appear in your Page’s scheduled posts and publish even if RepostHub is offline
  • Caption prefix and suffix per post — supported
  • Multiple Facebook Pages — supported
  • Personal profile posting — not supported. Pages only — a Facebook platform rule, not a RepostHub one
  • Group posting — not supported. Not available

Facebook Pages vs personal profiles

Facebook does not allow tools to publish to personal profiles — only to Facebook Pages. This is a platform-wide rule that applies to every scheduling tool, not a RepostHub limitation.

If you currently post from a personal profile, create a free Facebook Page for your brand or topic: on Facebook, go to Menu, then Pages, then Create. Once the Page exists, connect it to RepostHub and your queue can publish to it automatically.

What RepostHub cannot do with Facebook

  • Post to personal profiles — Facebook Pages only, per Facebook’s rules.
  • Post to Facebook Groups — Meta has heavily restricted third-party Group publishing.
  • Manage comments or Messenger — RepostHub is a publishing tool.
  • Exceed Facebook’s own per-Page publishing limits — Facebook applies daily caps per Page independently of any tool, so spacing posts across the day is recommended.

How Facebook auto-posting works

  1. 1

    Connect your Facebook Pages

Add every Page you manage that you want to publish to.

  2. 2

    Import or upload content

Bring content in from source profiles or upload your own files.

  3. 3

    Edit captions and queue

Apply per-Page prefixes and suffixes, then schedule.

  4. 4

    Publish automatically

Posts go live at the scheduled time — directly or via Facebook’s native scheduler.

Facebook Page safety

You connect Pages you manage, and you can disconnect any Page from the dashboard at any time. Publishing goes through Facebook’s Page publishing tools, and posts scheduled with Facebook’s native scheduler are visible in your Page’s own Publishing Tools — the same place they’d appear if you scheduled them by hand.

RepostHub tracks each post’s status (queued, scheduled on Facebook, published, or failed) in the dashboard, so a stuck post is visible rather than silent.

Frequently asked questions

Can RepostHub post to Facebook Pages automatically?

Yes. Once you connect a Facebook Page, RepostHub publishes queued posts automatically at your scheduled times, and can hand posts to Facebook’s own native scheduler.

Can RepostHub post to my personal Facebook profile?

No. Facebook only permits tools to publish to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. You’ll need a Page to use RepostHub with Facebook — creating one is free.

Can I manage multiple Facebook Pages?

Yes. Connect as many Pages as you manage and publish to any combination of them from a single queue.

Can RepostHub post Facebook Reels?

Yes. Vertical videos published to a Page appear as Reels with your caption, prefix, and suffix attached.

Can RepostHub post to Facebook Groups?

No. Meta has heavily restricted third-party publishing to Groups, so RepostHub supports Pages only.

How many times a day can I post to a Facebook Page?

Facebook applies its own publishing limits per Page, independently of any tool. Spacing posts across the day keeps you comfortably inside those limits; RepostHub’s scheduler is built around spacing rather than bursting.

What does “scheduled on Facebook” mean in my dashboard?

It means the post was handed to Facebook’s own native scheduler and is now in your Page’s scheduled posts. Facebook will publish it at the set time even if RepostHub is offline.
