RepostHub for social media agencies

RepostHub lets agencies manage posting for multiple client accounts from a single dashboard. Import content into per-client libraries, apply caption prefixes and suffixes per brand, customize each post for its destination platform, and schedule everything from one queue — without logging in and out of client accounts.

The problem

Running five clients’ social accounts usually means five sets of logins, the same video re-uploaded five times, and captions pasted between notes apps. Nobody has a single view of what’s scheduled where, so gaps only surface after they’ve happened — usually when a client asks why their page went quiet.

And when the one person who knows the posting routine is away, the routine stops. The work isn’t hard; it’s repetitive, spread across too many tabs, and entirely dependent on memory.

How agencies use RepostHub

  • Per-client content librariesKeep each brand’s assets separate, with captions and details attached at import.
  • Caption prefix and suffix per brandConsistent CTAs, credit lines, and hashtag sets without manually editing every post.
  • Multi-account publishingOne queue across every client account — no logging in and out.
  • Platform-specific customizationThe same asset, adapted per network, from one edit screen.
  • Manual or automatic postingRun hands-off, or use manual mode as a review step before anything goes live.

What RepostHub doesn't do (yet)

If your agency needs these today, RepostHub isn’t the right fit yet — and we’d rather you know before you commit:

  • Client approval workflows — manual posting mode gives you a review step, but there is no formal client sign-off flow.
  • White labelling — the dashboard is RepostHub-branded.
  • Per-client reporting and analytics.
  • Team seats and per-user permissions — accounts are single-login today.

Pricing for agencies

RepostHub is free during early access with no fixed cap on connected accounts, which makes it a low-risk trial for one or two client workflows. Per-plan account limits will be published on the pricing page when paid plans launch.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage multiple client accounts in RepostHub?

Yes. RepostHub supports multi-account publishing, so you can connect all your client accounts and publish to any combination of them from one dashboard without switching logins.

Can each client have different caption settings?

Yes. Caption prefix and suffix options can be set per account, so each brand keeps its own CTAs, credit lines, and hashtag sets.

Does RepostHub support team seats?

Not yet. Accounts are single-login today; team seats and permissions are on the roadmap and will be announced with paid plans.

Can clients approve posts before they go live?

There is no formal approval workflow yet. Manual posting mode works as a review step — queued posts wait for you to publish them — but sign-off happens outside the tool.

How many social accounts can I connect?

During early access there is no fixed cap on connected accounts. When paid plans launch, per-plan account limits will be published on the pricing page.
